Abrostate crucible furnace for aluminium with stirer. Furnace will be provided on heavy duty stand with space for mold with argonatmosphere,Capacity: 10kg of aluminium,Crucible: stainless steel or sic,Heaters: silicon carbide to provide high temperature of heater up to 1600℃.

Furnace will be provided on heavy duty stand with space for mold with argon atmosphere,On the upper portion of furnace , stand will be fitted with mortised stirrer with blades ,along with slide arrangement for moving in and out of stirrer backed with command from control panel switch.

Crucible will have discharge out at the bottom with flow valve control to discharge molten aluminium composite with specially designed mold with insertion of argon gas in such a way that melt with get disintegrate and free fall on the mold at bottom on substrate to form plate,
Thermocouple: type : b will be provided to readout temperature up to 1600℃,
Refractory: high alumina zircon composite with bubble alumina fiber modules.
Control panel: will consist of all digital parameter along with touch screen 4.3 inch or 7 inch, duly communicated programmed with PLC to control the desire temperature ramp and soak with multi segments, power will be regulated through SCR/thyrister ,motor of stirrer will be fitted with drive to control rpm from 0 to 200 rpm.all indicating lamps used will be led for longer life , complete with on-off switch along with other operational switch will be provided on panel.cable 3 meter for main and control panel will be provided.
