Abrostate Bitumen-Asphalt Testing Equipment

Asphalt Content Tester is used to determine the asphalt content of hot mix asphalt (HMA) and pavement samples by removing the asphalt in an ignition furnace by means of sample heating not by means of solvent. Standard followed is ASTM D6307 EN 12697 39.

Oven is built with Secondary chamber to convert CO (Carbon Monoxide) to CO2 (Carbon Dioxide) at high Temperature.

Oven is fitted with centrifugal blower and flexible outlet chimney will be provided of length 1 meter.

Oven built with touch screen pre-programmed HMI and Printer output connector to print the sample.

Door is fitted with electrical and electronics-controlled lock. Once the programme is started lock cannot be open without cancelling the programme and will automatically unlock when process is complete.
