Introduced in 1991 the Rapid Core Baking System has replaced the older method of baking
Cores made with mollases and sand on coal fired hot plates. Under the old system users were
not able to produce quality uniform cores, the cost of production was very high and the
working conditions were unpleasent and unfavourable. The Introduction of an Electrically
Heated Core System has been well accepted by users in India.
Body structure is made out of Heavy guage mild steel sheet reinforced with angle iron frame,
complete with three door attahment, Digital control panel, Each Operator gets the working
space of 10”x 10”x 8”, Rating is 6 kw with a Supply at 440 Volts A.C.
